Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the Scripto Rerum app. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using Scripto Rerum.

Content Restrictions:

1. Your contributions must not contain any profanity, sexual content, or sexual descriptions of any kind.
2. Gruesome descriptions of violence or violent situations are strictly prohibited.
3. Bullying or disrespectful behavior towards other writers is not allowed.
4. Plagiarism or stealing other people's work is prohibited.
5. Any form of racist language, derogatory comments towards any religion, or content that promotes hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.

Ownership of Content:

1. All content created through Scripto Rerum belongs fully to Rerum Solutions, the owner of the app.
2. You will not have any ownership or intellectual property rights over any content you create using Scripto Rerum.

User Bans:

1. Rerum Solutions reserves the right to ban users from the platform at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
2. Violation of the terms and conditions, including content restrictions or disrespectful behavior, may result in immediate removal from the platform.

Publishing Rights:

1. Rerum Solutions reserves the right to publish any story from our library, without seeking additional permission from the users.
2. By using Scripto Rerum, you acknowledge that your stories may be selected for publication by Rerum Solutions.

Ownership of Published Stories:

1. Rerum Solutions owns all written and published stories available on Scripto Rerum.
2. Users do not hold any ownership or intellectual property rights over stories published by Rerum Solutions.

Please be aware that violation of these terms and conditions will not be tolerated. Rerum Solutions reserves the right to take appropriate actions against those responsible, including removal from the platform and legal remedies if necessary.

Account Deletion Request:

If you, as a user, wish to have your account and associated information deleted from our app, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to contact@scriptorerum.com.
2. In the subject line, state "Account Deletion Request."
3. Within the email, clearly mention your username and provide any additional details that may help us identify your account.
4. Once we receive your email, our team will initiate the account deletion process. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Please ensure that you have backed up any important information before requesting account deletion.
5. We strive to process account deletion requests promptly, but please allow a reasonable period for us to complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been successfully deleted.

By using our app, you acknowledge and agree that the responsibility lies with you to request the deletion of your account and associated information should you wish to do so.
